Born in a Parsi family of Mumbai. Farzana has done modelling for various brands like  Hero Honda, Big Bazaar, Sansui TV. She was a choreographer by profession and has worked for Adnan Sami's shows as one of the lead choreographer.The actress likes adventure sports like paragliding, rock climbing, bungee jumping etc.

CAREER Farzana is a coreographer turned actress. She coreographed for the title track of Sanjay Dutt and John Abraham starring ZINDA (2006). She made her entry in Tollywood with a glamourous role in Bhagyalakshmi Bumper Draw (2006) and then played a comedy role in Seema Sastry.In 2008 she appeared in films like Bommana Brothers Chandana Sisters (2008), Gajibiji (2008) and Kuberulu (2008). Farzana played the lead role in  K. Vasu's Gajibiji and Srinivas Reddy's Kuberulu alongside actor Ali.The actress is also doing an item number in Bhumika Chawla's Mallepuvvu (2008).
